Shipping Policy
Sunny Peace Living only ships across the continental U.S., which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories.
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time
The total time you will wait for your order to arrive depends on how long it takes for each of these steps to be completed.
Total Delivery Time is the sum of three components:
1. Order Processing Time: This is the time it takes to verify and confirm the order after it has been placed. SPL takes three working days to process each order.
2. Production Time: This is the time taken to produce and prepare the item(s). The production time will vary based on the item's category.

Lamps, Chairs: 15 to 20 Days

Sofas, Tables, Beds, Nightstands: 30 to 45 Days
3. Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the order to be delivered to you after it has been shipped. It depends on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. The shipping time will generally not exceed 10 days.
Due to our limited operating capacity, we do not currently offer white glove delivery or assembly services. If such a service is required, please connect with a contractor near you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Stock Furniture: 14 days. Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Non-Furniture Items (including Lighting and Decor): 30 days.
Sale: Cannot be returned. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery. a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
To initiate a return: please package the item and contact us at sunnypeaceliving@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you are returning. Our team will reply with a shipping label.
